Clear Energy Therapy works by asking the client to focus on the stress they want to release, whilst placing their own hands on specific locations on the body. Their focus highlights the unwanted pattern, and the hand position allows it to clear.
For example if the client has the repeating thought ‘I’m not good enough’ and it’s affecting their relationship, or confidence, or success at work, by combining their focus with a simple hand position, we clear it. With that thought gone, the problems it was causing disappear, or become much easier to solve.

MEET THE FOUNDER, MICHELLE LOWBRIDGE
“When energy therapy helped my baby in 2005 I was transformed from cynic to enthusiast. After having my second daughter I became a practitioner. Having studied psychology in college I was fascinated with the combination of psychology and energy work and began to develop new methods of my own.
Fast-forward to 2013. At a conference, new friends encouraged me to work online so they could have sessions when we returned home. The following year, pregnant with my third child, I closed down my practice. Through a run of fortunate decisions and serendipity, by the end of 2014 I was teaching my own modality, Energy Editing, to an international audience online.
The results people experienced were incredible, demand grew, and in 2016 I trained the first Energy Editing Practitioners. The Ease Method was released in 2020, and now we’re delighted to have combined both modalities in the ultimate training: Clear Energy Therapy.
